McElligotts of Tralee: Winner of the Aftersales Experience Award 2024 from Kia Ireland

At the Kia Annual Dealer Conference in October, McElligott’s of Tralee were presented with the Aftersales Experience Award for 2024 from Kia Ireland.

The accolade was given on an aggregation of a dealers aftersales performance, based on a number of areas, including; customer survey results, training attendance and technical knowhow, service plans and genuine parts sales.

Ronan Flood, Managing Director on revealing the winner said;  “I’m delighted to announce the winner of the “Aftersales Experience Award ” for 2024 is McElligott’s of Tralee.

After winning the “European Dealer of the Year” award last year, this is the second year in a row for McElligott’s to win an award from Kia. Very well done to Declan, Dan, Brian and John, and the entire team in Kerry for all their hard work.”
